Refund and cancellation 

Cancellation can only be accepted within 1 hour of making the payment for service. Post 1 hour , Eratalk is not liable to offer and provide any refunds. 

Refunds 

If approved , the refunds will be provided under the following reasons listed below ,

1. Issue with quality of product 

2. Issue with imaging and name 

3. If the payment was done twice for the same service or wrong services 

If approved , the refund will be provided and credited to the original source of payment within 7-10 days. We will verify the request and make the decision.

Due to the digital nature of the card and service, we do not have Any shipping policy and once the purchase is done. We will share the link which can be downloaded immediately.
